ADHD 101
In our ADHD 101 session, we provide you with the opportunity to ask questions & gain insight into how ADHD may be impacting you or someone you know, as well as providing strategies for support. (ie. child, sibling, spouse, your student, athlete etc…)
If ADHD is brand new to you or you are looking for general information, an overview of what ADHD is, how it can present itself, and suggested support strategies can be provided.

Are you considering homeschooling but feeling unsure about where to start? Or perhaps you've already begun homeschooling and are facing a specific challenge that requires extra support? Our Homeschool Support Session is designed to help you navigate these decisions with confidence and clarity.
During this focused, one-time session, we’ll address the specific questions or challenges you're facing, whether you're exploring homeschooling options, creating a learning plan, managing your child’s needs, or building a supportive routine. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies and solutions tailored to your child’s unique needs and your homeschooling goals.

Type 1 Diabetes & ADHD Support
Our Type 1 Diabetes and ADHD support session provides insight into how each diagnosis impacts the other. As a parent of a child with both ADHD and T1D, who used to have challenges with impulse control and emotional regulation, I know how scary this can be!
Together we’ll explore the challenges & risks of lagging executive functions and create strategies to make life easier and safer for your family.

IEP & 504 Plan Support
In our IEP/504 Plan support session, we will:
Help you understand the difference between an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) and a 504 plan.
Guide you to know you and your child’s rights under IDEA and ADA law.
Explain the steps required to obtain an IEP/504 Plan.
Discuss your child’s individual challenges and the beneficial support available to them.
Prepare you to meet with your child’s school.
